Consumer insights showed buyers prefer rounded containers for soups and salads, leading to this Brilliance product expansion. I led the design process, creating vibrant, upscale food-hero concepts to reinforce the premium brand identity.

To reduce costs and increase efficiency, I proposed blending existing video with new content for use across the full product line—cutting costs and timelines by 20%. I developed storyboards, directed on-set video and photography, and created a shot list that became a company-wide pre-production standard.

I managed an accelerated timeline, aligned cross-functional teams, and delivered packaging and digital assets ahead of schedule—strengthening the brand’s reputation for quality and innovation.
